We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask you for photos or videos in order to process the return or refund faster.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns

We must always contact you before returning. 

As a consumer (private person) you have 14 days of withdrawal from the receipt of goods the seller has sent to you. The right of withdrawal is governed by the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59). Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies, and only if the item is in an unaltered state. This means that the product can be sold in the same condition to the next customer. Any sealing should be intact. You will be entitled to a refund for cancellation. To avoid problems when you want to use the right of withdrawal, contact the seller before returning goods.

In invoking the right of withdrawal:

  • Notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the order or part of it of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • Return the item with the original carton and the intended inner packaging immediately after you notify the seller that the contract is terminated and follow the seller’s other terms of return.
  • The product should be complete and complete in original packaging with accompanying packaging.

Right of withdrawal does not apply:

How can I return the item?

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Fur Replacement will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Fur Replacement) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Fur Replacement will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Fur Replacement to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Damage on arrival:

If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer service at [email protected]. After checking the support and confirming the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Requirements:

Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued and your account to be accredited.

Promotions and discounts will not be refunded.
